Schools have received word that Confirmation will take place in August before pupils start High School. There will be no Service of Light this year and those children that are making their pledge will be issued their pins on the day of Confirmation. Schools will be making their Confirmation separately, like First Holy Communion. There is no date yet but it could be any date in August. Hopefully I will know more on Friday and I will contact you as soon as possible.
