Today saw a significant and indeed emotional milestone for our Primary 7 class; their final end of year Mass as pupils of Darkley PS. A big thank you goes to Fr McKeever for his meaningful homily and to Gemma Prince for her fabulous accompaniment on the piano. All credit must go to the children who carefully selected the hymns for the Mass, and such beautiful choices they made! In what has now become the tradition Mr Hart personally invited each child to come forward and receive a helium filled balloon. The children along with their family members then went outside to release the balloons into the unknown.....we wish all of the Primary 7 class of 2015/16 the very best as they continue their unknown journey.
