Our Early Years (P1 & 2) Literacy Club, run by Mrs Quinn, is a fun and engaging after-school programme where children develop their reading, writing, and communication skills. This is through stories, phonics, games, and creative activities. In a safe, familiar and supportive environment, our children are building confidence and developing a love for literacy. This week, they used drama, re-enacting their favourite fairytale. Working in teams, this began by discussing their plan before assigning everyone’s roles. Then, after some practise, they finally performed it for everyone else. What a wonderful treat to watch!
