Great day hosting St Brigid’s PS, Drumilly, and St Joseph’s & St James’, Poyntzpass, in the Malachy McGeeney Tournament organised by Cumann na mBunscol.
The boys showed fantastic heart, individual skills and some solid teamwork, pulling back an incredible NINE points to win their second game. While it wasn’t quite enough to top the group, we are hugely proud of every boy who wore the Darkley jersey today.
The girls won both of their matches and treated us to a fantastic display of football, with some beautiful points scored throughout. Our county seniors would have been proud of a few of their scores! The girls now advance to the next round of the tournament and we wish them the very best of luck.
