P7 Transition Video and Resources

Dear Parents. Please find a useful video that will help support your child at this time of transition. This is a video of approximately 25 minutes, broken up into 5 sections, addressing some of the concerns, and highlighting some practicalities, which the move to secondary education raises for current P7s.
