For Maths Week, Mr Monaghan gave us the task of taking our maths outdoors. P6/7 went on a line hunt around our school, looking for horizontal, vertical, diagonal, parallel, perpendicular and intersecting lines. Not only did they find a range of each type of line, but they also made a geometric picture using these lines. Great work everyone! As the week goes on, P6/7 will be investigating different types of angles outdoors and estimating and measuring these.
